IS THE PRICE FOR THE VEHICLE OR PER PASSENGER ?
The price is per vehicle. It doesn't depend on the number of passengers. Each vehicle type is provided with passenger and standard luggage capacity information and non standard luggage also have to spefic on process of booking.

DOES THE PRICE DEPEND ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL ?
No, it doesn't. You may book your transfer for any date, but not later than 24 hours before your transfer.

Send us transfer request by just fill in the Pick-up and Drop-off location with specific location name , we will find transfer price according to your request and quotation price will be sent to you via your email later maximum within 24 hours.

As soon as we recieve transfer request, our support team check it and set the price rate. As soon as the rate is set, you will recieve email notification and will be able to complete the online-booking.

If we can’t find the necessary vehicle within 48 hours, we will inform you. We will continue searching and will inform you if we find necessary vehicle and get the rate.

Online bookings are accepted, at least, 24 hours before the transfer. If less than 24 hours are left, please, contact our support team, we will try to find a solution for you.

Children are also considered as passengers. When you are booking your Phuket transfer, you may order child seats and your driver will install them for safety purpose. Child seats are free of charge as an additional value added service from VR-PhuketTransfers.com.

Child seats are necessary to transport children, you can order on reservation form without any extra charge. In any case, children safety is more important.

For a transfer FROM Phuket airport please specify your arrival time according to your flight ticket. The driver will monitor your arrival according to the flight number.

If you are going TO Phuket airport, we recommend a generous pickup time to make sure that you get to the airport on time, also in case of possible traffic, road works, uncontrolled situations etc. You can choose the pickup time yourself, but please keep in mind that we set the following limit for the pickup time at your accommodation: flight departure time, minus 3 hours at the airport to check-in / pass the security control etc. minus the journey time of the transfer. For example, if your flight leaves at 14:00 (02.00 PM) and the transfer takes approximately 1 hour, your driver will pick you up at 10:00(10:00 AM). The latest (14:00 hrs. (2PM) – 3:00 hours to check-in, pass the security control etc. – 01:00 hours journey time = 10:00 a.m.).

We will keep waiting after your flight landing time approximately 1 hour at Phuket airport. If you have any kind of problem with your luggages, we might recommend you to send 1 member of your family/party to find us in arrival hall first, later we will very appreciate to wait for your until your luggage problem is resolved. No, the driver monitors your arrival according to your flight number. If the flight is late, he will keep monitoring and wait for you or arrives later.

1. Choose a route
Start typing arrival date with arrival time, pick-up and drop-off locations in the search form ,then specify total number of passengers, including adults, children, infants, and also you can choose would you need to book a one way or with return/round trip. When you are done, click the «Get Instant Quote» button to see the available options.
If you did not find your route, fill in our Phuket transfer price request form. Your request will be processed by our customer support team.

2. Choose vehicle type
Each transfer type is provided with the information about the number of passengers, luggage capacity and price. Children are counted as passengers. The price doesn’t depend on the number of passengers or date. Choose the necessary option and click the «Book Now» button to proceed with the booking.

3. Specify your route details
Please specfic number of extra luggage such as Pushchairs / Strollers, Golf Bag, Surfboard, Bicycle , wheel chair etc, if you will bring it too. Then specify total number of passengers, including children. If you travel with children, book also child safety seats.
Later Specify your Arrival Date, Flight number & time , Accomodationa name & Address for depart from Phuket airport. If you go to the Phuket airport, take in consideration 3 hours before the flight departure time plus transfer duration. If you need to book a round trip, specify the return date.
Type leader name for the nameplate, your contact email and mobile phone number. Your phone number will be useful if the VR-driver doesn’t find you in the pick-up point.

4. Make a payment

    While booking your transfer you can choose one the following payment options; 
  • Pay in advance online with credit /debit card 
  • Pay in advance online with Pay Pal
  • Pay later to the driver in cash- Thai baht only

In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the trip your prepayment will be fully refunded.
As soon as you finish the payment, your booking will be confirmed and the transfer will be booked. A message with your transfer confirmation voucherwill be sent to your e-mail. Please, print the voucher and take it with you.

If you choose options pay in advance online, once you complete your submit details form. You will received separately linked for make payment. After you fill, the confirmation email along with transfer service voucher will be sent to you via your email.

5. The driver will meet you
The VR-driver will meet you at the specified time by holding large sign with your leader name . He will monitor your flight arrival according to its number. He will have your phone number. He will contact you, if necessary. You should also communicate him if you arrive earlier or later.
If your payment type is pay with VR-Driver,you should pay to the driver in cash as soon as you arrive to the drop-off point.

Changes and Cancellations
In case of emergency changes (changes in time or place, delayed flights, custom delays, etc.) simply call to inform our hotline number or write an email. If you find mistakes in your voucher and want them to be changed, contact our customer support team. We will make corrections and send you a confirmation e-mail accompanied by a new voucher.
If your plans change, you can always cancel your Phuket transfer order. You can do this by following the cancellation link in your confirmation e-mail. If you cancel your order no later than 24 hours before the trip, your payment will be fully refunded within 10 business days. You can also cancel your booking by just simply reply an confirmation email.

These are the most secure and convenient ways to pay online.
All payments are made via PayPal, as it is one of the most secure and convenient ways to pay online. If you are not registered with PayPal, you can pay via Visa or MasterCard. All transactions are handled by PayPal using an encrypted protocol. This is a common international practice and it is absolutely safe.
In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the transfer your payment will be full refunded.

Pay In advance online with credit card/debit card
You can pay for the services using your Visa or Mastercard. Just specify your credit card details (number, CVV, cardholder, expiration date) to finish the payment.
Once you finish your payment, your transfer order will be booked and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your email.

Pay in advance online with Pay Pal 
If you already have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay the Phuket transfer cost. Log in, select one of the linked cards and click to pay. If the card has a different currency it will be automatically converted. After making the payment you will be redirected to VR-PhuketTransfers.com order confirmation page.
You will recieve a confirmation e-mail with transfer service voucher.

Pay later to the driver in cash- Thai baht only
We accept only Thai Baht currency specified in the voucher ( Usually THB). Please prepae the necessary amount of cash in advance. Anyways, your confirmation email along with transfer service voucher will be sent to you after you complete your booking process.
Important !
Our vehicles are not equipped with devices capable of processing credit cards, drivers are only able to accept cash- Thai baht only, of you wish to pay with credit card, please, do it online in advance following the link provided during the booking process.

How to change my transfer order?
If you change the date or time of travel, route, flight number, contacts, or the number of passengers, we must notify to us by send email to booking@vr-phukettransfers.com. The sooner you let us know about the changes, the fewer problems will arise.

Changes more than 24 hours before the trip
Contact our customer support team via the contact VR form on the site.
Specify the booking reference number, your phone number and trip data that has changed. You will receive a confirmation letter from our customer support representative that changes have been made and the trip will take place.

Changes less than 24 hours before the trip
Contact us via emergency call +66 81 823 3053.
If something unexpected changes, such as your flight is delayed, please inform us directly by hotline number or Email. We will keep contact you and make sure that VR-driver will keep waiting and will take you to your holiday destination place.

How to cancel my order?
If your trip was canceled, please let us know about it so that the VR-driver doesn't go in vain.
You can cancel your transfer order from the confirmation Email that you recieved after the booking. Open the Email and click «Cancel Order» there.
You may also contact us to cancel the transfer order.

Meeting the Driver
Our driver will meet you at the pick-up location at the time specified in the voucher. You can recognize him by the large sign with your leader name on it together with our company logo. The driver will help you with the luggage in order to lead you to your vehicle and take you directly to the destination. The driver knows your contact phone number. He may phone you to organize the meeting. Please keep your mobile phone switched on.

Phuket Airport Pick-up
The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with holding a large sign with the lead passenger name on it, from approximately 15 minutes after landing time is indicated. So you have enough time to collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall. He will help you with the luggage and take you to your holiday destination. In case of delays, wewill still waiting for you. So, make your that you have specific correct arrival flight number when you make the booking.

In case, if you cann't find your sign name, don't worry . You probably didnt see it among other sign name . Please check it around one more time ,check your mobile phone,and wait 15 minutes more , it should be switched on. Our drivers specialize in airport transfers and cancellations of meetings are extremely rare, our driver will contact you if he can't find you. Hotel Pick-up
The driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby. You can recognize the person picking you up by the large sign with your leader passengername on it. He will help you with the luggage and take you to the airport or other destination place. When making a booking, please make sure you have specified your hotel full name, it will help to avoid delays in searching the right place.

Seaport Pick-up
Make sure to provide us with correct seaport name ,the driver will be standing near the exist at the seaport/pier, holding a sign with the lead name passenger name.

Meeting at other places
If your transfer starts from any places/venues, specify its address and give detailed description of the meeting point. The driver will be waiting for you at the specified time, he will have a sign with your leader passenger name on it.

If the driver doesn’t meet you
If the driver still doesn't meet you during 30 minutes after the transfer time, firstly please contact our hotline number first +66 81 823 3053. We will find out the solution for you.

Flight delay
We always check your flight status and time directly with the Phuket airport control, the VR-driver will wait for you at the new arrival time and you do not need to worry- at no any additional cost also. However ,we do appreciate if you inform us about any delay as soon as you are aware of it.( Our hotline number +66 81 823 3053)
The same principle applies also to other Phuket transfer services.

Flight Earlier
We are confident that we always monitor your flight time. So, we are promly to welcome you. Just in case, if you arrive before the transfer start time, it's possible that your driver isn't there yet. We might recommend you to stay in the Phuket arrival hall and wait for your driver first or just call our hotline number +66 81 823 3053

The conditions of the agreement between VRPhuketTransfers.com the purchaser and/or user of transfer services and any person who accompanies them (“passenger”) are set out below:

1. Reservation
1.1 Phuket Transfer reservation though our online services are always processed in Thailand time
1.2 We only accept online reservations until 24 hours before your transfer time.
1.3 For last minute transfer reservation, please contact our customer support team directly.
1.4 In case we need to prove your are the person who made the online booking, we will ask for your transfer ID presented in the voucher.
1.5 When a booking which made by telephone, the booking is also subject to, and the clients must accept our teams and conditions.
1.5 If the transfer booking includes two or more passengers, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basic that he/she acts as an agent for both or all passengers of the party and accepts the booking conditions on behalf of each passenger of the party.

2. Type of Vehicles
2.1 The passenger can choose from different type of vehicles (such " Standard Car", " Deluxe Car"," Family Car", Or " Family Minibus" ) for their Phuket transfer request.
2.2 The vehicles images shown in VR-PhuketTransfers.com are only illustrative examples. The local differences are espectially possible.
2.3 Subject to availability, an upgrade from lower type to a higher type ( such as " from Standard Car to Deluxe Car, Family Car, or Family Minibus" , at same price to passenger may be possible.

3. Payment
3.1 If your payment type is pay with VR-Driver,you should pay to the driver in cash as soon as you arrive to the drop-off point.
3.2 Passengers can pay directly to the driver or in advance online via a secure payment system.
3.3 Payment to the driver must be in cash ( Thai Baht Only)
3.4 Our secure online payment is provided by the PayPal system, which allows to pay with your PayPal account or with credit card.
3.5 Your transfer receipt will be given by the VR- driver.

4. Booking Amendments and Cancellations
4.1 To make booking amendments or cancellations use the specific link present in the confirmation email. Or just reply an email to Booking@vr-phukettransfers.com directly.
4.2 Payments Refund Policy : In case you have already paid for your Phuket airport transfer, you will be totally refunded within 10 business days.

5. Luggage
5.1 Each transfers are limited to two standard items of luggage per person.
5.2 Any extra or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking. When process your online booking, please fill the " extra luggage" step to do so.

6. Children Safety
6.1 Children under 12 years old must travel on approprivate safety seats. Unless your bring your own safety seats, please add requests in your booking process accordingly ( It is complimentary /Free of charge).

7. Delays
7.1 Your mobile phone (linked to the phone number in your voucher) should be switched on arrival, as we may want to contact you.
7.2 In case of flight delay the client must contact the driver and report the delay. Most of the VR-drivers are aware of changes as monitoring delays. However, a flight delay can result in your transfer being cancelled. In this case, we will call to inform you.
7.3 Exceptional situation such as air-traffic controlloer strikes, extreme weather condition, or etc can be compensated only to a limited extent for longer waiting periods or last-minute cancellations must be applied to passengers.

8. Others
8.1 VR-PhuketTransfers.com reserve the right to refuse to transport passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to our driver.
8.2 Smoking is prohibited in the passenger part of the vehicle. If the passenger, ignores this, they are liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle.
8.3 Consumption of food and beverages is also not permitted with the exception of drinking water.
8.4 During the entirety of the transfer, all passengers must folow the regulations which apply to the relevant Road Traffic Act, espectially the seat belt regulations.
8.5 it is therefore prohibited for passengers to open the doors while driving, throw any object from the vehicle, and/or stick body parts our of or shout from the vehilces.
