When choosing your transfer vehicle please check the respective luggage details/capacity. Based on the reference values be sure it is large enough to accommodate all of your items. If in doubt, please request more than one vehicle or choose a larger one. We accept non-standard luggage like golf bags, pushchairs/strollers, surfboards, bicycles etc. Please inform us of such items in the extra luggage step during the booking process

We recommend a generous pickup time to make sure that you get to the airport on time, also in case of possible traffic, road works, uncontrolled situations etc. Please keep in mind that we recommend the following limit for the pickup time at your accommodation: flight departure time, minus 3 hours at the airport to check-in / pass the security control etc. minus the journey time of the transfer. For example, if your flight leaves at 14:00 (02.00 PM) and the transfer takes approximately 1 hour, your driver will pick you up at 10:00(10:00 AM). The latest (14:00 hrs. (2PM) – 03:00 hours to check-in, pass the security control etc. – 01:00 hours journey time = 10:00 a.m.).

After completing your online reservation, our team reviews your transfer details and will send you the confirmation to the email address indicated in the booking. You will be received by email for confirmation reservation details along with transfer service voucher with all your transfer details, necessary contacts and information on how to find your driver. The most important thing also, on your transfer service date, you must present your transfer service voucher to confirm your identity. In addition, your booking voucher will also contain of instruction on how to amend or cancel your transfer if necessary with no extra cost up to 24 hours before transfer time.
If you failed to receive your booking voucher? Please start by checking if the email inadvertently went to your spam box or not. Sometimes, the confirmation email can also take longer time to arrive due to occasional network delays.

Meeting the Driver
Our driver will meet you at the pick-up location at the time specified in the voucher. You can recognize him by the large sign with your leader name on it together with our company logo. The driver will help you with the luggage in order to lead you to your vehicle and take you directly to your holiday destination. The driver knows your contact phone number. He may phone you to organize the meeting. Please keep your mobile phone switched on.
Phuket Airport Pick-up
The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with holding a large sign with the lead passenger name on it, from approximately 15 minutes after landing time is indicated. So you have enough time to collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall. He will help you with the luggage and take you to your holiday destination. In case of delays, we will still waiting for you. So, make your that you have specific correct arrival flight number when you make the booking.
in case, if you cann't find your sign name, don't worry . You probably didnt see it among other sign name . Please check it around one more time ,check your mobile phone,and wait 15 minutes more , it should be switched on. Our drivers specialize in airport transfers and cancellations of meetings are extremely rare, our driver will contact you if he can't find you. We will keep waiting after your flight landing time approximately 1 hour at Phuket airport. If you have any kind of problem with your luggages, we might recommend you to send 1 member of your party to find us in arrival hall first, later we will very appreciatet o wait for your until your luggage problem is resolved. If you are travelling alone, please advise us by calling our hotline number on your transfer service confirmation voucher.
Hotel Pick-up
The driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby. You can recognize the person picking you up by the large sign with your leader passenger name on it. He will help you with the luggage and take you to the airport or other destination place. When making a booking, please make sure you have specified your hotel full name, it will help to avoid delays in searching the right place.
Seaport Pick-up
Make sure to provide us with correct seaport/pier/ferry name .,the driver will be standing near the exist at the seaport/pier, holding a sign with the lead name passenger name.
Meeting at other places
If your Phuket transfer starts from any places/venues, specify its address and give detailed description of the meeting point. The driver will be waiting for you at the specified time, he will have a sign with your leader passenger name on it.
If the driver doesn’t meet you
If the driver still doesn't meet you during 30 minutes after the transfer time, firstly please contact our hotline number +66 81 823 3053 . We will find out the solution for you.
We always check your flight status and time directly with the Phuket airport control, the driver will wait for you at the new arrival time and you do not need to worry- at no any additional cost also. However ,we do appreciate if you inform us about any delay as soon as you are aware of it.

If for any reason within our control, we fail to deliver the passenger to their destination, we will provide a suitable alternative transportation such as another private car, minibuses or even buses/coaches. Any reimbursement for the cost of the alternative transportation to get the ticket destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to any Phuket destination by normal public Phuket taxi.
We are not responsible for delays before or during the transportation service caused by external reason such as traffic conditions ,abnormal weather , and etc.
We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any hand luggage or other belonging left in our vehicles. It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they double check and carry all of their belonging with them before leaving the vehicles.
